Rooms clean, with good lighting. Breakfast buffet outstanding, with attentive waiters. Convenient location near train station. Higher price felt reasonable. Looking forward to next visit.

Very convenient location, easy access to JR or subway station(Iidabashi and Suidobashi). Many reason to recommend twin room for your family travel.

Hotel staff was courteous, room service was decent and rooms were cean

The ac in the room made a lot of noise and was not working fine. Internet had to be requested, setting up the router was a headache. The room's minibar was empty. I was not refunded my breakfast cost even though I did not have breakfast on the day of my checkout. I was told that cannot be done. Reserving a cab costs 400 yen, which is very bad.

Spacious room, extra bed provided, convenient location, nearby convenient store, separate toilet, luxurious bathroom with shower & bathtub, halal Pakistani diner opposite, airport bus limo stop nearby, subway stations within walking distance, free bus shuttle to Disneyland.

Nothing not to love.

Staff extremely helpful especially Rooms Manager who helped us organise a doctor for our young son.

We loved staying in this hotel as it was near to transportation and high-end Japanese restaurants with upscale sushi bars. The hotel room was clean, cozy, and well-furnished with a comfortable bed and a smart layout. The hotel facilities were amazing, and the receptionist staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel location was just a 10-minute walk from JR Suidobashi station and next to two metro stations, making transportation super easy. The breakfast was delightful and served with professionalism.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We reserved a non-smoking room and that was confirmed by the hotel. On arrival they told us that no non-smoking rooms were available anymore. They showed us 5 rooms, all smoking rooms. Meanwhile we were waiting with our baby for an hour and 15 minutes in the lobby. When I demanded to see the manager, suddenly a non-smoking room was found. No excuses, no sorry, no drinks offered during the waiting time, nothing, a shame for such a hotel. The wifi system is a joke: they give you a router to install yourself in the room and even that works pretty bad. If you need quick internet, try opposite the hotel on the parking place near the vending machine the internet is pretty good for Japanese standards.

The Hotel was modern and clean and perfect for what we needed - a base to explore Tokyo from. It was close to Iidabashi train station and vrious shops and cafes, so a great location.

Spacious room, convenient location, nearby food stores and metro stations, great value for money. Halal restaurant within walking distance.

I was pleasantly surprised by Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo. The lobby was spacious and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and spoke moderate English. The room in the East wing had a fantastic view of Tokyo Dome City and the I-Garden Terrace. The family room was spacious and had separate toilet and bathroom, which made it convenient for my family of five. Breakfast at Beltempo was satisfying. The hotel also offered a complimentary shuttle to Tokyo Disney Resort. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location near train stations and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is central, with easy access to multiple subway lines and the JR station, making it convenient to explore the city and visit popular attractions. The hotel staff were outstanding and very helpful, with excellent English language skills. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean, and had high-quality interior design. The family room was perfect for us, providing ample space for relaxation. The hotel also had great facilities, including a semi-Japanese style bath, which was a wonderful way to unwind after a long day of walking in the city.

The newly renovated rooms were cozy and had everything we needed. The comfortable beds and clean sheets made for a great night's sleep.
